For many people, Virtual Reality (VR) is a technological dream long held in abeyance. Recent developments with head mounted displays have resulted in renewed interest in VR. Jema VR, a virtual reality start up in New York City is uniquely positioned to be a leader in this exciting field. Jema VR is working on a variety of projects aimed at creating innovative and meaningful virtual reality experiences.
Currently we are focused on three main areas: virtual reality exercise, a platform for media consumption in VR, and head mounted display technology adapted to capture user facial expressions. All of these projects focus on harnessing the unprecedented social connectivity and immersion that VR offers. We have some exciting announcements coming soon so check this site and the Projects page frequently to see what we’re up to.
